Where is the ZERO STAR? I wish id read these reviews earlier. Can someone please let m know if they got their money back? Mother's day flowers never arrived. Their customer service is a joke and non-existent. 24/7 phone number is available in the US only and they have been offline and will be offline until 21st May (apprantly). Online chat will make it look like you're waiting in a queue until they close it of with a thank you for contacting us (never got through). Tried to contact on facebook, Emailed twice and still no response and no alternate form of contact. They should not be allowed to operate and compensate everyone for wasting their time.

It's a scam. I ordered flowers for my mum. It never arrived. Tried mailing them, 5hey never responded.

I’ve ordered flowers for Valentines, still no news on arrival... I’ve email flora2000 on all their addresses a few times ie 10 + but no reply. Including to Richard, so called director... NO REPLY. Big mistake using this company. When I get back home to uk, I will do everything I can to make sure the world knows and attempt to bring down this website, so no one else suffers. Terrible terrible terrible 😡🥵🤬

This was our first experience using the company to send flowers to our daughter in Japan. We had not heard of this company before but we were not the least bit satisfied with the options available from the company we used previously. We would like to say how satisfied we were with the service. We were kept informed and updated every step of the way. Our daughter received the flowers, on time, and said they were absolutely beautiful. They did not charge our credit card until the delivery was confirmed. We cannot say enough good things about this experience.

Worst service ever They have confirmed the order of delivering flowers on my cousins birthday and they have not delivered it. It's been more than a week now and the flowers were not delivered nor the customer service ever responded. I have called the customer service to inquire about but they never respond. THIS IS SUCH A SHAME

They accepted the promo code online sent confirmation with lower price and charged credit card with Higher price without promo code. They do not have delivery confirmation system. They don't have availability for contact weekends They didnt deliver on time

Worse company ever! Do not trust this company, customer service is no. Existent!! They sign support they don't help, they never answer inquiries. My order still has never been delivered. It was my partners birthday (a certain milestone) and I was left feeling beyond embarrassed. Order #1574990

I place a order with this site. On the 9th for flowers to be delivered to my gf on the 11th. I thought the flowers will arrive and everything be ok. They did not I email them. And they said been cancel and they never told me lol what a joke of a service. They would not give a free gift or anything. Just said rebook for the 13th Whitch I said ok. Guess what on the 13th NOTHING happened. I contact them they said it be their between 9pm and 7pm nothing came nothing I message them just said it’s on it’s way lol again crap service came to 7pm told them Full refund,or my bank with open a fraud case against them.guess what refund back. DONT BUY FROM THEM not worth crap on the streets keep away looking at the other reviews they do this a lot. My advice is buy flowers from local shop cheaper and better if sending overseas buy the flowers thier or reallllllyyyyy loooookk for a AStar company with good consumer service. Btw Anna who was dealing with me your service is Crap go back to learn how to deal well and respect the people who are putting food on your plate. And to Richard are u really lol
