We are extremely sorry for the entire incident. A review of the tracking details from LBC courier indicates that the order was delivered on 25th September (which also was the actual delivery date) to a person named EMS CUENCO. We request you to update the recipient to check with EMS CUENCO about the delivery. Please also note that while we assure the package will be delivered on the delivery date itself; we are unable to guarantee an exact delivery time. NextDay delivered products are delivered by a courier company and they do not provide us the option of a specific time of delivery. Thank you one again for your purchase.

Please note that your order has been delivered on 13th September at 6:00 PM. The flowers were received by Ana. We are extremely sorry for the delay; which occurred cause the initial number provided for Ana was incorrect. As soon as you provided the correct number delivery was completed at the earliest delivery date which was the 13th. Thank you once again for your purchase.
