Disappointed! The dozen bouquet of roses that was delivered were very small that it was buried in the packaging. Very much different from the websites picture. I will not order again.

We are extremely sorry for what was delivered. A quality complain has immediately been initiated with our outlet in Pasig City & we will get back to you asap. In the mean time we would appreciate if you can send a picture of the arrangement delivered to [email protected] with the order number in the subject line. Only if this is possible. The pictures will give us a more clearer idea of how the arrangement was. Thank you once again for your purchase.

The delivery is always on time. It’s a little bit confusing on the date of delivery because I’m here in the US and my girlfriend is in the Philippines.Thank you

Major miss. I was traveling overseas for work during my wife's birthday. Ordered flowers ahead of time since I wasn't going to be at home. When my daughter let me know the flowers hadn't arrived, I checked with Flora2000 who basically told me " we tried but couldn't get it done". If you don't care when or if your flowers arrive, go ahead and use these guys. They won't charge you when they totally and utterly drop the ball. It's a mystery how they're still in business.
