Floor & DecorReviews of flooranddecor.com

We recently purchased tile & supplies for our guest bathroom from the store in The Colony, Texas. Cindy in the design center was amazing, we just wanted to ask her a question but she offered to help us & was very helpful with details ee did not know about. When the day came to pick up our order, Dale & Britney were exceptional to ensure not only that we had everything but that our truck was not overloaded & continued to answer questions. All of the associates we encountered were wonderful & we will definitely refer others here & will be back for our next project!! Thank you, Stephen & Shannon White

We are having a bathroom installed and we had a list from our builder. We had lots of tile picked up and other stuff. Peter spent 1.5 hours picking out all the shower, floor tile and everything else we needed. He even got two chairs for us to sit on so we could just wait for him and not do anything. He checked us out and loaded everything into both cars.

Great place with large selection of tile. Their overhead music is so loud, obnoxious, and deafening that one cannot even think while in store. I asked if it could be turned down and was told it was controlled by corporate. The staff is not friendly. Find a new music service! Even my teenage daughter was complaining. It appeals to no one.

1st time shopping at Floor & Decor in Wichita Ks It was an amazing experience Zach helped us pick out our laminate flooring and he helped me match it to something for our bathroom. We will b back. Thank you Zach you are very professional and we are leaving so happy. SKE

I tried 15 times to order tile samples. Went thru the blah blah blah and just when I thought the website took my order, it kicked me off. Tried calling the toll free number only to be told they have too many calls a d not enough Support. Don’t try the online chat, because the virtual assistant is worse than a dummy. I live 6 miles from a store. I’m going there tomorrow to get the samples. Wish me luck

Worse customer support, no one will ever pick up the phone

Spent $4,600 on bamboo floors, plus installation. Now I'm experiencing significant gaps in the floor. Have had several floor experts evaluate the issue, only to be told that I was sold defective product and I need to redo the floor. It's been over a month since I reached out to customer service. At first the response time was good, but now they've gone MIA.

Salt Lake City Floor & Decor Store. Karla Is a Godsend! I have a pro account with Floor & Decor. In the midst of construction drama in Salt Lake City at this time, some tile was picked up that was not properly put under our account. This was our employee's error, not the store. It was a complicated return. Karla handled the issue perfectly. She is brilliant, pleasant, kind, calm.. she is everything a customer service pro should be. I can't tell how far this went in making us even more loyal to this store! Tony, her manager was also incredible - great job on this customer care team! Thank you Tony & Karla!
