Horrible service all the way around. This is not the 1st time this has happened to me at the Humble, TX location on Hwy 59. Its not even the 2nd time. This is the 3rd time! I bought my products and they were going to get them gathered and loaded on my truck. I waited in the truck for 30 minutes, went in to see what the hold up was and they said, "Sorry, nobody told us you were here". I literally had just paid for the stuff and walked with the kid to the pickup area with items I had loaded on my cart that were to be bundled together with the larger pirtion of my order. They had not even pulled my remaining items I had purchased. So back to the parking lot to wait (in the heat) again for who knows how long! Floor and Decor needs to get some better managers or something this is ridiculous. My time is much to valuable to be sitting and waiting on an unorganized store to be peddled into doing their job.

I ordered tile that had to be shipped from another store. Of course they had already sold what I wanted. Kept getting the run around. I got in touch with Hayly Simmons at the Countryside store and she found me the exact tile and I finally got it. Kudos to the wonderful customer service given by Hayly.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. If you need any type of customer service you are out of luck. Trying to get an actual person on the phone to help you is impossible. We were looking for a specific tile and drove over an hour because it was listed in stock on the store website and the store did not actually have the tile. We then ordered the tile online to be shipped to our local store. It has now been 2 weeks and the items still haven't shipped even though they are showing in stock at another store hours away. I have held on the phone for a customer service representative twice for an hour with no answer.

VIRGINIA at the Moorestown store IS AMAZING!! I had a large order with several different rooms and different products. Virginia handled everything. Whenever there was an issue with shipping or the product she was there! She was amazing. I cannot say enough about how great she is! Thank you Virginia!

It is now 5 days from my last review. Talked to the 4th store manager regarding the delivery of my merchandise. One Mgr Liz finally managed to get the mfg to exposure my order and while I had to call about status they shipped the wrong color after numerous attempts for someone to pick up the phone another Mgr Ernaldo said he was getting with the mffnto exoedite the correct order and that he would call me with a status ugh again no call. Again calling and having to recharge the phone because NO ONE PICKS UP THE PHONE! Called the corporate number -guess what? Same thing NO ONE PICKS up the phone. I am beyond frustrated I have driven to the store several times to be told the same thing over and over they just don’t care. I want my product that matches the flooring I purchased from them!!!! Can someone HELP! ==============================Purchased flooring that just arrived for 4K 2/2/21. Tmold to match from same mfg was not available according to F&D due to covid. Originally was told should take 2-3weeks which it is now 2mos was told FD went to one mfg okay but in two months either no one at the store picks up the call or when tou finally get through you are told the tmold order is on back order with no ETA & no one to chk w/mfg. then go to the store to be told it was to arrive in April & it’s May but NO ONE calls the customer to give them an ETA. I spoke to the Mgr MIke who said he is a sending email to mfg (that was in 5/11) & he would call me with status. It is now 5/17 w/no call back. Again try calling not only the store but called corporate number to be placed on hold or to be told go to the website to get status which I did and yet still no one picks up. Tried chatting and the system says my order number is invalid. SO FRUSTRATED amd not happy at all with the service provided. Paid over 4K and still cannot finish the flooring. Poor customer care.

Had a great experience today at Floor & Decor in Arlington Heights. Mike from the Pro department stuck with us every step of the way to put together an order for our tile and all the needed materials for a hall bath. He was patient, knowledgeable, and completely helpful every step of the way.

Mr. D helped me today, for the third time, in the Kansas City Store. He is a joy to work with, and very knowledgeable. Every trip in to this store is filled with new products and information, I cannot imagine a better place to get what I need for numerous flooring projects.
