Sold defective tile, even the woman at counter in back said they had SEVERAL complaints, returned stained tile to show floor and decor, Management refused to take ownership of the defective tile, now with a new Management I get the bullshit of it was a different manager, been to long, they gave me a bogus email address to send pictures to NEVER SENT BULLSHIT EMAIL ADDRESS, the company just ***** me off as before, terrible customer service Inferior products, would not recommend to anyone. My wife and I attended a Tiling class on November 2, 2024, at 12 noon in Madison, Alabama. Walking into the store, we were met with significant and positive energy. We introduced ourselves and told Todd we were there for a tiling class. Immediately, we felt like we were a part of the Floor & Deco family. Todd gave a great class, allowing us to get hands-on and ask many questions. It is great to see the entire staff enjoy working together. We drove from Guntersville, Alabama. I can say that the Madison Store is where we will purchase and more. It is refreshing to find a place as such. Thank you

I just bought 25 boxes of vinyl flooring at the Falls Church, VA new location. Associate # 101181 Gabriela and her coworkers were super nice and helpful with my purchase. I defenatelly look forward to purchasing more materials in the future.

Bought materials for renovation. The y have 90 days return policy, after 90 days store credit will be given instead of refund. Renovation had some delays and tried to return excess materials a few weeks over 90 days. Cashier entered the refund i. Her machine and told us the 3rd party handling returns did not allow it. No number to call, just mailed our complaint and nothing happened. They rip customers by not refunding or giving store credit! Will never ever buy from this company and I tell all my friends not to buy from this store!

Very disappointed! After purchasing brand, new floors from floor and decor, and taking every precaution to make sure the warrantees weren’t voided, and Decker refused to stand behind their product. Independent assessor was in accurate in his assessment even after everything was explained. He said our cabinets were on the floor, where they hang on the wall. The way the boards broke. It is obvious that it was flawed material. We are really upset that neither makes the floor or the company that told us exactly how to install it to keep the warranties intact. Have the integrity to stand behind their product/employees

Ordered $8000 dollars of tile. Were told we could pick it all up the next day. They had 1/2. “ Could bring in the rest quickly”. Eight days later no word. Called one lady at the store oh they had all of one style the rest due in the 10th. She would call me right back. Never called. Tried to call in the late afternoon they wouldn’t answer the phone. Finally tried the chat on line. That guy was helpful but they don’t have either tile. We’ll get both the 10th. I asked to be notified. Not expecting it. They either have no corporate communication or they just lie to you to keep you at bay

We bought a granite counter top that starting chipping 9 days after installation. They customer service called them "natural pits"; the edges of the counter are chipping....not covered under warranty they tell us. Do not under any circumstances buy anything from this store.

Terrible customer service! Staff at front desk treat you like trash when you make an order, but I see where they get that poor attitude from. Maybe poor work culture because the manager, Tevin, in the Henrietta branch, does not return calls. I placed an order for my flooring on August 27 and was told 2-3 weeks. The salesperson called me a few days ago asking me to cancel my order. I said that was impossible because the floor started and my stairs were ripped up waiting for the treads. She said the manufacturer was not responding to her call regarding my order. After I spoke with my contractor about other options, this lady called back to say "I'm sorry the order is in process" and will be delivered on September 23. It's been almost a month and my stairs are not done. So I called to make a complaint and on two occasions spoke with the supervisor, Matt, who said I needed to speak to the store manager, Tevin, for customer satisfaction/resolution. It's been 3 days later and I'm still waiting for Tevin to call. I've called several times only to be told he's in a meeting or has just left for the day. Please avoid this store at all costs. I normally go to Home Depot or LL Flooring but decided to try this new store. Terrible mistake!!
