Alex, Will, and Chris are great! Easy, great communication, answered all my questions, and very professional. This time around, I worked with Chris closely and just like previous years, they work hard around the clock to make sure your taxes are the best they can be.

Excellent service. They are super responsive to questions at all hours of the day and even night. It's my second year working with them and I'm very satisfied with the results and service. I highly recommend!

I was recommended Flex Tax by a friend and this firm does not disappoint. This is the second time I'm coming back to them for their service. I love how effortless it is to work with their CPA, especially given the very intuitive process of uploading all the necessary documents. In addition, the price is fair given the excellent quality of work these guys do. Highly recommended!

The Flex CPA guys are simply amazing! My family and I have been extremely fortunate to have found them. It’s one thing to meet CPAs who are knowledgeable in and efficient at what they do, but it’s a whole other level of confidence and security in knowing that your CPAs are conscientious and genuinely concerned about their client’s well being. We are very grateful to have finally found this in Flex. They have consistently performed great work on our taxes and offered valued guidance and professional advice when necessary. Their professional manner in providing exceptionally great client services and direct, straight forward, no-nonsense approach are ideal in any company business model and culture. They exhibit and set a naturally high standard of great work ethics with admirable integrity in all that they have done for our family in the last few years. We highly recommend them to anyone in search of CPAs, not just for the short term, but for the long haul, year after year. Once you experience working with Flex, your search will be over and peace of mind will be your constant every tax season. Continued success to Flex. -Irene Faustino (on behalf of the Faustino Family)

Our family has always chosen Flex Tax and consulting services! They are one of the best accounting firms in San Francisco! They are experienced in filing taxes for families and small businesses, and employees and bosses care about us. It is helpful to provide us with reasonable guidance and planning. I think that after choosing them, we feel very relaxed and tax declarations have also changed. It's easy, and I strongly recommend that everyone, like us, give them the task of filing taxes!

I had several services experience from Alex's team from last year, EDD audit, business tax filing and personal tax filing. All the services are super good, they helped me saved lot of money, saved me time and gave me peace of mind with their profession and dedication. Their price is very competitive and every dollar worth it. For me, I already become their loyal customer, for you, I would highly recommend them.

Business hours are strange: not available from 9 to 5. Not sure if this is an actual business or somebody's side gig. This is scary since this information did not become apparent until late in the process and A&K now has my returns / SSN!
