Fast but impersonal
FlexTax was fast, and included errors that I caught and they subsequently fixed. And in our pre-scheduled 15-min call, they demonstrated not being familiar with my specific case (despite providing them information well in advance) and clearly were rushed or fatigued from too many calls in one day. They ended the call abruptly after about 5 minutes. They did not answer the questions I asked them via email. The entire experience left me with the sense that for more complex questions in the future I should go where here. That said, they were cordial on the call & got the simple tax return done quickly.
