Flex Tax and Consulting GroupReviews of flextcg.com

This was the third I filed my taxes through Flex Tax and just lkke past two years the experience was awesome despite the fact that my taxes were mpre cpmplexed this year.

This is my third year using Flex Tax Consulting Group. It is quick and relatively painless.

I have done my taxes with Flex Tax and Consulting Group and Jimmy has been informative, knowledgeable, honest and certain. Highly recommended.

Alex Huang of Flex Tax and Consulting Group was very responsive to my inquiries, which I found very professional. As I approach retirement in 2022, Alex has guided and advised me on how to minimize my tax liability for my upcoming future retirement income. So thank you Alex, for your expertise in this complex and ever changing world of taxes. Ken Jomoc

I was waaayyy behind in my taxes—it was a big pile of work but the folks at Flextax tackled it fast. They were incredibly communicative and helpful and I feel confident I’ll get my taxes done on time in the future because their system was so easy to use. Five stars, easy peasy! Thank you so much Alex and team!

FlexTax came highly recommended I had asked one of our trusted attorneys who their firm used? She quickly pulled up the contact info for FlexTax, raving about how they always find ways to save them money! The gentleman they referred me to at FlexTax was no longer taking on any new clients, (good sign) their office explained his associate Sam would take care of me. I'm so happy with Sam's work ethic! He is pleasant, patient, accessible, and has strong communication skills. Sam brought Ben aboard to help with my taxes, he has been a wonderful addition. I had run into a technical snag online, on my end not theirs, contacted Alex @support and he was a great help as well.. At times like these I really like the convenience of doing my taxes online with a company that values you as a customer, I couldn't be more pleased.

It’s easy to work with Alex. He is knowledgeable, professional and flexible. He treats a customer’s priority as his own priority.

Flex Tax experience was great. They have an efficient portal to upload files, which simplifies everything. They have the expertise and reasonable rates. I've already recommended them to someone and will continue to do so.
