Had my first consultation with Jimmy. My experience so far has been all positive. I had some issue creating an account to upload files, everybody from the group is helpful, they fixed it within an hour. It shows the company cares about customer experience, I am looking forward to work with them.

Initially thought I owed over ten thousand dollars to the IRS. Flex Tax TCG not only corrected this amount to have me owe only ~2 thousand dollars, but also wrote the IRS a letter to waive my hundreds of dollars in penalties.
