They are just a money hungry company…
They are just a money hungry company with a really bad customer service. never on time for their appointments.

Unfortunately, some jobs take a little longer to complete which causes our tech to run behind but we do not make that the norm. Fixd is great
Fixd is great. They are clear about what is provided, easy to use mobile app, on time, and follows up on service. I have had a fridge repaired and given the option to replace with a discount or repair an AC which I think is great. I chose the replace option.

Concept is good and customer service is…
Concept is good and customer service is friendly. HVAC dept needs a lot of work. Techs are generally nice but install crew and management needs help. Techs stuck giving updates that should be handled by management.

No written quote or follow up.
They came on time to the appt to survey what was needed. I was given a verbal quote at that time. The quote was more than twice the quote from another subcontractor. I was told I would receive a written quote. I never heard from them again.
