Excellent experience so far... So much better than some crappy warranty companies that are out there.... Scheduled my service via the app, promptly got a text confirmation, email confirmation and a phone call with details of the technician. Technician arrived on time, called 30 mins prior to coming, I was able to track his arrival via the app... He was dressed professionally, was driving a Fixd branded company car... Was in and out in no time.. Really really impressed. This is how Home Warranty should be..

If there was a lower rating than 1 star I would give that instead. Whenever we filed our complaint and then the technician did not addressed our main concern and lied on his report. Then we had to bring our own inspection previous to this issue to be able to have our water heater replaced. Then after with our microwave and dishwasher they again would not cover the replacement on a technicality and we again were left with nothing working because the “repair” they did on the dishwasher did not get fixed, our dishwasher still doesn’t work. Also, on the issue with our water heater they changed extra extensions that were not required and still did it and charged us for it. Worst experience with this company.

May 19th our A/C stopped working. We called and scheduled for a technician to come to the house between 3-5 pm, on May 23 (it was the soonest available). I received a notification from the Fixd app that the service was rescheduled to May 24, between 5-7 pm. This was done without consent or a reason. When the technician came, he was able to fix it. Until June 24th, our A/C went out again. I called on the 24th, and scheduled service between 3-5 pm on June 27th. It was rescheduled again for 3-5 pm on June 28th. Again without a call, consent, or reason given. When the technician came, it was found out that a part needed to be ordered. Today is July 2nd, the part has been ordered, but there is no way to know if has been picked yet. A technician is scheduled to come out to work between 7-9 am on July 8th. However after multiple phone calls between yesterday and today, there is no status of this part and no sign this can be rushed. We’ve been without A/C for 8 days now. If this isn’t expedited, my family of 4 could be without A/C a total of 15 days. There hasn’t been any communication as to why, and seemingly no resolution to help the situation.

I have had both a/c and plumbing repairs . They eventually completed the repairs, but it took a couple weeks on both counts. The app is cool but not in real time. It seems they are still experiencing growing pains. Better than most warranty companies.

This company is total crap. RUN! Their customer service is the worst, they charge you before they ever come out, they changed what they cover and didn’t notify anyone when the company was sold, half the technicians don’t know what they are doing.

Quick fast and they replace Everything so you get your money worth. Will use them again

I have used Fixdrepair 5 times in the past few months since I moved into my home and they are quick to respond, show up when they say they will and the techs have always been courteous.

The serviceman showed up on time and fixed the issue. Very happy!
