Took a long time for a repairman to come out and check out the leak on my hot water heater. When they finally showed up he didn’t have necessary equipment to repair. It took them another 2 weeks to come back out to tell me it was going to cost almost $600. To repair/replace. I could have already replace it myself for very little extra cost. Will never use them again. Not to mention they do not return calls. Bad experience

I want to love this home warranty, I really do. I have only used them one time in the year that I have been a customer and the ease of scheduling was great and you can track your repairman in real time via the app. The repairman was professional and knowledgeable. I was disappointed that I thought we had a $50 deductible but really the deductible varies based on what day and time a worker is able to come to you. You are able to select the day and time, however, to have the $50 deductible, I would have had to book over a week out and with AC issues, that wasn’t very doable. My biggest disappointment is in their communication. Two months in a row I have been charged 2-3 times extra each month for the warranty itself. I had to get the money back from my bank because no one at Fixd was willing to communicate with me and get my money refunded. I’m nervous that this is going to keep happening so I had them remove my credit card on file and now they tell me that without a card on file I can’t request a service call. Don’t expect an email welcoming you to Fixd or any communication of any kind from them, be cautious of them double and triple charging you and be aware that deductibles are not set in stone. I’m hoping that this is not typical of their customer service practices. It would be nice if a supervisor of some sort would reach out and provide me the security of knowing these issues won’t happen again in the future but I’m not very confident that will happen.

Fast and honest service. Was one of the best home warranty experiences that I have had. I would recommend.

Worst service I have ever experienced from a home warranty company! Can not keep to their time commitment on getting contractors to your home. Very poor communication. We will not be renewing our contract!

We have a Fixd Repair home warranty and had the compressor on one of our AC units go out. The technician was scheduled and confirmed the compressor could not be repaired, but rather needed to be replaced. Fixd authorized the repair and agreed to cover the cost to replace the compressor. However, I was interested in upgrading additional items related to the AC unit (inside coil, etc). The ability to opt for an allowance toward the repairs I wanted to have completed was really a difference maker. I ultimately had the inside coil and exterior unit replaced and everything is working fine and should be for the next 10 years. Thank you Fixd.

I had issues with my Air Conditioner, I called them and they had to come 3 times in the space of 5 days days and never got fixed. 1st time they looked at the wrong AC unit. Second time (next day) they said it was gas leak, so they added gas (yet AC didn't work). 3rd time they said there was a problem with motor.. so they would have to order a new one. And then they said the new one would take 7 days to arrive (when there was spare units available on distributors in my town). After 10 days in total since the problem started and still waiting, I decided to call a local provider who came and fixed my AC unit in just a few minutes. Oh.. and by the way, all the gas they have added was wrong and putting pressure on the ac unit and making it drop. So I don't recommend Fixd.. not only because they seem clueless, but mostly because of the lack of respect with a customer.. it is unacceptable to take 10 days in Texas to fix an AC.

Repairmen are great. Tracking them is good but every month we are double and or triple billed. We spent time on the phone each time to get this fixed. The next month, you would do it again. How many people don’t even check their bills. Not worth the hassle.

The service professionals that have come to repair various items in my home are great. I have an issue with scheduling the service. I will pick a day and the scheduler chooses another day and I have to adjust my schedule. I've tried to reschedule using the app but it doesn't make any difference. I signed up for another year of service mainly because of the people doing the repairs.
