What a experience! My stepper was delivered today. Unpacked it, some what good thing I’m mechanically inclined. Was more to putting it together than I feel was conveyed at ordering. Got it together and on to figuring out the settings. I do feel that this will help me with past surgeries and up coming surgeries. Thank you for your help in finding a machine to fit my needs.

My rating is based on the saling process

Sorry so late getting back to you. I couldn’t ask for a more qualified representative to help me find the G9S double stacked multi station machine my president of my company was searching for. Thanks to Mr Israel Colon’ for his fantastic help answering all of my questions and concerns. I respect the patience this man had with me bothering him for 3 straight days with non stop questions. He was cool, calm and collective. I appreciate him and your company for being so thorough and accurate at selling this awesome machine to us. God bless you all and thank you again! I’m sure we’ll talk again In the near future. 👍😎

Great experience

Having not factored in the time difference correctly it was close to closing time. Isreal took the time and helped me purchase what I needed. Since it was late on a Friday I didn’t expect anything until Monday. I was pleasantly surprised to have the whole thing complicated within a hour. Kudos to Isreal for a job well done!

I was very impressed with my experience. The rep I spoke with on the phone was knowledgeable about the piece of equipment I was interested in and helpful with placing an order. It was delivered about a week and a half sooner than the 3 week lead time we were told it could take to arrive.

Excellent service. Good prices. Delivered sooner than expected.

From the first phone call to delivery and set up - Extremely professional - all of it. Israel was very helpful in suggesting the right equipment for us, delivery was on time, tracking was easy, installation of the Spirit Recumbent CRS800S was done by Trevor. Great guy. There is no way we could have done that ourselves. My husband and I both used the Spirit that night. We are extremely happy.
