We ordered a critical part for a fire engine and shipped it one day air. 6 days later and it is not here. to track item they want you to download an app instead of giving you the ups tracking number. I emailed them a high importance email several hours ago, no response as of yet, only a link to this survey.

Got a part I couldn’t find anywhere in one day. I was skeptical but they delivered! The only one think is - they use part shortage to their advantage. I paid 4 times more for my part what it usually is. Price gouging!

Had what I needed at 4 times the price but they had it. Shipping was fast and I got the truck back on the road after 3 months of sitting in the shop waiting for Freightliner to get the back ordered part.

Cummins part 45 plus days out. Got it next day $200 cheaper next day.
