Subject: Re: Order #A26472uu – Request for Packing Documentation / NOx Sensor NOx Sensor Dispute – Full Refund Issued
UPDATE – October 10, 2026: FULL REFUND ISSUED I am updating my original review to acknowledge that First Truck Parts has now processed a full refund of $517.52 for Order #A26472, including the sensor cost, original shipping charges, and sales tax. The NOx sensor received did not match the connector configuration of the original sensor removed from our 2020 Kenworth T680. The replacement was never installed or used. We returned the sensor through UPS on October 2, 2026, using the prepaid return label provided by First Truck Parts. Although the process involved a disagreement regarding the part received and required several communications, the company ultimately accepted the return and issued the full refund. I appreciate the company resolving the financial portion of this matter. However, we still need to purchase the correct OEM sensor elsewhere. This update is intended to fairly acknowledge the resolution while preserving an accurate record of our experience. JFS Logistics LLC ———————————————————— Hello Viktor, Thank you for responding and reviewing the photographs. I want to clarify one important point: we did not attempt to install the sensor we received. Once we compared the new sensor with the original sensor removed from our truck, we noticed that the part and connector did not match. The new sensor has not been installed, modified, or altered. The sensor shown in the photographs I provided is the sensor that we received from the shipment associated with Order #A26472. We are not attempting to return or substitute a sensor from another purchase. We ordered 1954665PRX for our 2020 Kenworth T680, Unit 1233, VIN 1XKYDP9X3LJ400900. The sensor we received is physically marked: 7099990C1 AAA2063540000 SNS1107 – 12V Gen 2.8 Our original downstream sensor removed from the truck is marked: 4326874 5WK96741B A045S171 A2C95991400-01 I understand that First Truck Parts has photographs that your team states show the correct part being packed. Because what we received does not match those photographs, I would like to determine where this discrepancy occurred. Please provide the original full-resolution packing photographs for Order #A26472, particularly photographs showing the identifying numbers on the actual sensor, the part-number label on the box, and, if available, the shipping label/tracking information connecting that package to our order. Please also confirm the manufacturer numbers/markings that should appear on the actual 1954665PRX sensor shown in your packing photographs. We still have the sensor unused and unaltered, along with the packaging and our photographs. We are willing to cooperate fully in determining what happened. Please keep this claim open while we review the documentation. Thank you, Latrial L. Peña JFS Logistics LLC Unit 1233 VIN: 1XKYDP9X3LJ400900
