Parts arrived damaged and wrong

Sucks. Move on

I ordered 801031 | Genuine Bendix® E-7™ Dual Brake Valve I was sent the wrong part. When I chatted with someone, it said Please don’t worry, you received the correct part. “ai” When I called, I got someone that said they must have sent the wrong part. I asked when I can expect the part with the part number that I ordered. He wasn't sure. I asked for a return label. He said he would send it out that day. Didn't get it. I told my mechanic to open the box and compare to see if it would work. He reported back that it definitely would not fit. This part had screw in treads and mine original is slick. I called back the next day; got the same guy, he wasn't sure when and I asked for return label again. Said he would send it out that day. Didn't happen. A week later when I finally got a return label after sending more emails that it was in fact -per my mechanic- a part that would not work on my truck. Then they sent a message saying they don’t have the part that they advertised. I guess that is a bait and switch company. They still have the same listing up with the same part number and it says Availability: In stock Thank you for the answer. Since we do not have the correct item to process an exchange, we can proceed with the standard return and refund. I am providing you with a return label and a packing slip as attachments to this letter. I got basically this same message at least twice… My name is Vadym, I’m a returns and warranty specialist, and I’ll be assisting you with this case. I understand your concern. Please don't worry, the part you received is listed as a fully interchangeable replacement for the one you ordered. These part numbers are intended to fit and function identically for the application. Please let me know if you have any other questions. I will Never use this company again.
