Too many follow up emails. A little ridiculous, and because of that I probably will never order from you again.

Parts came as advertised but I paid a pretty penny for next day for and it took 3 days before my parts were shipped out

Company not bad but sent me wrong part should understand and customer time and money. I wait for part more than 4 days and park my truck. After long wait i got wrong part due to this i loss my business and get headache. Block my money paid to first truck parts. Than rush to local supplier to get my truck to road. Its my advise always ask them to sent picture before order to confirm if it right or wrong part.

order was quick and easy and shipping was quick but if the description doesnt match the part none of that really matters.

The correct part came but it didn't fix my problem. I'm not sure if it is working correctly or not

I did not recieve complete order. I did not receive gsskets and clamps.

Nothing really went wrong other than you sold a part that normally retails for around 80 dollars for 843.00 dollars because it was hard to find. Just one more case of truck retail putting a target on the back of truck owners. Your people and shipping was excellant.

I called to confirm the part was in stock, and was told that the part was in stock, and would ship that same day. 3 days later when I followed up, they said they didn't have it, and it was coming from their vendor the next day. I was upset, and asked to speak to her supervisor. She informed me that she didn't have one. I couldn't speak to anyone else because there wasn't anybody else there. She proceed to tell me that they would next day air it to me. I got a shipment confirmation the next day, but it wasn't sent next day air. Finally got the part, and it is correct.
