FOUND MY PART I NEEDED, GOOD PRICE, SHIPPED QUICKLY , ALL GOOD.

I ordered this product and was in stock and then showed shipped. Then I got an email stating I cancelled the order which I didn't. When I contacted them telling them I didn't they say they sold them all and didn't have any now. So I didn't get anything.

Great service,shipped quickly but the price WOW!!! but I guess that's what happens when your one of the only ones that have to part you need.

Due to supply chain issues, we had one of our tractors down for 3 weeks. I decided to find the part ( a DEF pump ) myself instead of waiting for the dealership. I'm glad I found it at First Truck Parts. Ordering was easy. The shipping was fast. I'm sure we will use First Truck Parts in the future.

Great experience couldn't find the ECM for my Paccar anywhere they found it in Poland. Little pricey but when no one has it you take what you can get.

Part was correct, Had In stock only problem I ordered 2-day shipping but instead they shipped it USPS and I did not get it till almost a week later.
