First time customer. My son, who has been a mechanic for over 20 years recommended First Truck Parts. So far it has been a pleasant experience.

We called First Truck Parts to assure the ABS was in stock prior to ordering. Which was false! Communication of delayed order was not forthcoming. We had to call, text, ask on your site and did not get a response back. On the third attempt the operator finally told us it was delayed. When asked for how long she could not say but said wait a couple days you can always cancel. We appreciate that you did locate the part needed but please have someone contact your clients when delayed. We expected part in two days which we paid extra for and it took six days.

The part was the right part but the 2 rods and the rod that comes on the part was the wrong rod as well.I had to go to Freightliner to get the rods that cost $276.The kit was supposed to come with all the right rods

I ordered a part on Monday and then found out on the same day that I did not need that part. To make a long story short it took me two days to get my cancelation email and now I have to wait one to two more days to get my money back. I will never use this company again.

The part I ordered was labeled as S4005001030 Genuine Wabco® ABS Trailer ECU Valve Assembly. What I received was not the right part. I wanted the whole valve assembly as it was displayed on the website. Now, I've got a grain trailer that's waiting for parts when it should be hauling. Also, the return took a long time to process and every time I inquire about it to customer service, I get generic, computer-generated responses. I'll never use this company again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

My experience for Firsttruckparts is the worst experience that I ever got in my life to finding help for truck part. I needed waterpump ,I called them, they promised me that they had 1 in stock, they charged me $790dollars and $90:00 for shipping cause I need it so bad!! They told me that it will arrive today 10:00am to 12:00pm , now we’re 12:57pm no part yet! I just called them right now, the first thing from them is “sorry your order was cancelled 😥” Man, my truck is broken down in Tulsa far away from my hometown!! At least I deserved a text message to know that before, so that I can find other ways. Man, May Almighty God punish them if they they did it intentionally!! “Your money will be refunded to you between 3 to 5 days of the business “ hhh brother money is not the problem!!! The problem is to promise and not fulfill the promise!!!!!!! I never wrote a review but today I had to because there are some people who are out there trying to waste your time and more
