It was easy to order online and the material was shipped in the time frame promised and the packaging was good so there was no damage. Unfortunately, the repair shop gave us the wrong part number so it had to be returned. Markus and his colleagues at Firsttruckparts were cooperative and prompt in guiding us through the return process and notified us when they had received the return.
