Firmstrong BikesReviews of firmstrong.com

Great bikes. Best value there is period. Return process easy and hassle free. I've purchased 8 to 10 bikes over the last 6 years for myself and family. Lawrence

So my daughter, husband, and I all have a Firmstrong. I have the 7 speed and I have had to get service 3 Times now for the gears. They either won’t shift or won’t stop making noise. I wish I had gotten the 3 speed like my daughter who has only had some minor issues. Oh well. Lesson learned

Listen I spent over $1000 on three bikes. They sent me one, without the basket and accessories, even though the invoice said it was all sent . They keep moving the dates up for my white bikes. Its very frustrating

I received my bike by mail and could not figure out how to put it together, hence off to the bike shop t spend additional $$$. I’ve only ridden a few times and do not enjot it at all. Looking to possibly trade or sell it. Won’t ever buy one over the internet again!

Sad you don't make a men's 24 inch 3 or 7 speed cruiser for the shorter guys .

Two years later my bike is still "Strong". Loved my Bruiser so much that I ordered my wife a cruiser as well. Both bikes are stylish and have held up well. Their customer service has also been spot on.

Great bike for the price.

Everything I expected and more -- thank you. Assembly was easy and the ride is perfect--add to this a great price and solid quality with a great support system if questions are asked--WOW.
