Had my bike shipped to Wisconsin. It arrived in a reasonable time with no problems. Easy to assemble and works great. Later, I ordered some accessories and they also arrived in a timely manner with no problems. I had several phone conversations with the staff and found them to be very helpful.

The bike came semi assembled and only needed minor assembling and I was on my way! Glad I went with the aluminum bike since it’s super light weight and won’t rust in the harsh Florida Beach Weather. Super fun to ride and easy care!

Pretty well tuned considering it was disassembled. Good ride for taller folks. I'd stop offering that child's seat option as that thing is a piece of junk. Or offer a better one.

Was wanting to purchase another one of your Flatfoot Stretch Beach Cruisers, after my first one was stolen. Sent word in February about wanting the same bike as before, but life happened to distract with the death of my Mother, and so didn’t return to Firmstrong until May. Was informed, after these months, that the particular style of bicycle was no longer in production. They could have mentioned that in February. Reproduce the Rebel Beach Cruiser

First the website makes it seem as if the bikes are made in the USA. Mine arrived and Made in China. Before I made the purchase, (2 bikes) I tried calling Many times and left Many messages as I had questions on 2 different models. I went ahead and ordered but after receiving them, had I been able to talk to someone, as their videos claim, I would have upgraded my purchase. I like the bikes. I do NOT like business and will not order again or recommend them for LACK of customer service. I also emailed them how upset I was and have never received a reply.

Wheels out of true, brakes not aligned to rim and not centered. Cost me close to $100 at my local bike shop to get the bike running okay. Beachbikes.com gave my credit card a credit, which was great, but the shape the bike arrived in made me really wish I'd bought at a local bike shop. I won't do it again.
