Bike was shipped quickly... Some minor flake chipping on paint, but otherwise no issues. Have hauled it down to Sanibel FL for two years now and love it. Would consider giving this one (Urban) to my daughter and getting a Bruiser to accommodate my 6.1 frame!

Bikes are ok. 1 of the bikes when in 1st gear, the gear package for whatever reason .. the thin cable wire drags on the ground causing a nasty sound which also makes 1st gear unusable on that bike. Also, since we registered the bikes, can we get you guys to send us the owners manual? D's Sporting Goods didn't give it to us, can't find them and I'd like it from the manuf (you), not print it from online. Is this too much to ask? Or you send me the absolute link for our model of bike back to my email Thank you.

I purchased two bikes last spring from beachbikes.net, and we have been very happy with them. The quality is very good and they are very comfortable to ride.

This is the best bike that I have ever had. It just seems to glide over everything. I would wish that everyone in the world could have this wonderful experience. I would like to be a Firmstrong Dealer! Simply put,. AWESOME! !!! I love my Urban Cruiser,. James Roe

I have had my Firmstrong chief for several years, riding 5 miles plus 3 or 4 times a every week, and it is going strong. I love my Firmstrong. It spent a little time in the shop (as did I) last summer after I was hit while riding by a careless driver. We both were back on the road a couple of weeks later. My son and best friend are also happy Firmstrong owners. I highly recommend Firmstrong as a best value in a high quality, solid & comfortable bicycle.
