Very easy to navigate. Also the visuals are not only beautiful but enticing. The lookbook protrayed a lifestyle of bike riding that appealed to me aesthetically and economically. Customization was also very easy to useand it was a lot of fun. Whats even better, customer service responds quickly and are very nice. Two things that can be improved upon: more black models and the quick checkout with the phone number is a bit invasive because it connected to my debt card and I wasnt aware that that was going to happen.

I was looking for a beach cruiser and chose to buy a Firmstrong. It is a great bike and I couldn't be happier

I bought two cruisers, a one speed and a three speed. The three speed is still going "strong" four years later. Unfortunately the one speed could not withstand the force of a sixty foot fir tree which fell on it last winter. Weh! Love those bikes!

Bike was delivered faster than expected with zero damage to the bike or packaging. The bike is a joy to ride and feels very sturdy during long rides at the beach
