Firmstrong BikesReviews of firmstrong.com

I love my firmstrong bike! Shipped well, great quality, smooth ride. I got exactly what I expected for a 1 speed cruiser, it’s not for intense rides, but is perfect for hopping around the city. Thanks!

I bought my husband a bike for father's day and my 8 year old daughter her first non-character themed bike. I love the old school styling and quality.

Love these bikes!!!

Love this Beach Cruiser!!

Beautiful and fun bike! Super happy with my purchase!

I bought the Firmstrong Bruiser 3 speed Matte Black with Red Rims and totally love it. Is light and fun to ride my friend like it so much that he bought two one for him and for his wife and now my neighbor wants one too! Honestly! I bought this bike Online I ordered on Wednesday I received it Friday. It took me longer to get it out of all of the packaging then to assemble the bike. I totally recommend it!

I had a small damaged part on receipt, the shifter cable sleeve. I asked 3 separate times for a replacement part. Each time it was a 3 step process where they forgot what I needed, asked for photographic evidence repeated, and then failed to ship it. They finally shipped the wrong part. I gave up and was able to get a replacement at a local store. Very frustrating.

Wonderful experience with them had a small issue and there customer service department went above and beyond expectations deal with the issue and had it right within a day it's nice buying from a company that stands behind there products
