Firmstrong BikesReviews of firmstrong.com

Great bike! Easy to assemble!

Heavy duty, manly looking bike. Fun to ride and comfortable. Really enjoying it.

Helped me out with getting everything in line and covered the little damage that happened during shipping

Good quality bikes at a reasonable price with good design. Easy to put together and helpful customer service.

I purchased this bike over the holiday season so shipping took a little longer than anticipated but that was expected. While waiting the staff was great at communicating regarding the delay. Really appreciate the english only instructions. It was nice not to have to flip thru 10 different languages. Love the bike.

Tire and tube were faulty. Took 4 calls and a request to return the bike to receive a new front tire and wheel assembly. Nice bike to ride after repairs.

No issues, product is exactly as represented online.

I found firmstrong bike web page so easy to pick a bike for a friend. All I had to do was put in height & weight then it gave me which bikes would fit the best. It was a perfect fit!
