OUTSTANDING Customer Care Service
I purchased a used bicycle that was missing some parts. I sent an email to Firmstrong and within 15 minutes I received a response from a Customer Care Representative named Lara. She was knowledgeable about the product and the parts I needed. She checked with the warehouse to make sure the parts were available and let me know that someone would be sending me an invoice. I received the invoice from Joyce Cachapero shortly thereafter, and was notified the product would ship as soon as the warehouse could process the request. I was notified when the product shipped and it arrived a few days later. Kudo's to an outstanding Customer Care team.
