Firmstrong BikesReviews of firmstrong.com

Sent wrong bike, then sent correct bike with missing parts. Hope bike is better than service!

The bike I purchased for my wife is perfect. It was easy to put together. The bike arrived quickly and without issue. Fantastic brand!

Love my bike sturdy, comfortable pretty color bike. They only thing my one tire had staples in it so we had to go buy a new tube. Not sure how where the staples came from. I would recommend this bike. My husband got one too and loves it!

No reservations. I would share this site and experience with anybody.

Great website and customer service. Shopping was fast and the bike was easy to put together once it arrived.

My wife and I love our Firmstrong Urban bikes! They look great and are really comfortable!

When the bike came I was very excited. When we started assembly it seemed easy then we ran into not having all the screws needed to assemble the fender braces and the back rack and the front basket. Those screws were ordered and a few days later arrived. The screws for the braces came, The hardware to install the rack and basket did not arrive. I still need to contact the parts division to get the correct bolt for the rack to mount to the frame. And need to order the bolts for the basket to connect to the frame for the basket. The bike is nice the wheel spokes need adjustment there is a little wobble in the wheel. Other than that it rides nice. Although for what I paid, next time I will probably just buy a bike at a local shop.

Easy to order, quick delivery and all parts in perfect condition.
