Order glasses Oct 7th. Still have yet to receive them and 6 emails later no response after asking for a full refund. They gave me a bogus offer asking me to pay for the 12.95 re-shipping fee and to order a new pair of glasses. After I refuse to put more money out for a company I still haven't received product from they stop emailing me. I'm frustrated and now I know I will not be ordering from a company who ships usps from China I always have a problem with receiving the product in a timely fashion. Don't order from Firmoo, you might not get your glasses

We are exceptionally pleased with the quality of the eyeglasses that we very recently ordered & received from Firmoo. The prescription involved astigmatisms and polarized lenses for use as sunglasses, therefore the order was less common than usual. The glasses were excellently made, and the lenses were sharp, clear and involved the perfect amount of tint. Additionally, the quality of the lenses is superior, not just due to their clarity, but because the polarizing effect is perfectly aligned, etc. The frames are very high quality, they are stylish & fit perfectly as well, and they are solidly made. Finally, we were absolutely delighted at the incredibly short amount of time that it took for Firmoo to fabricate & ship our glasses to us, and by the speed with which we received them. We received the glasses just one week after we ordered them online!! In a nutshell, Firmoo is an outstanding and excellent source for eyeglasses, and they are completely concerned for & with their customers' satisfaction. I very highly recommend Firmoo for your eyeglass needs.

Hey Guys, for those of you looking to buy a pair of glasses I highly suggest you buy from Firmoo! When I need to buy my glasses I was searching everywhere on the internet on some high-quality glasses that were really affordable. I came across Firmoo and found the exact pair of glasses that I wanted. The nerdy prescription ones. At first I was really skeptical about their service, but I gave them a chance and bought my glasses. Picking your glasses and getting your prescription is quick and easy and so is paying for them afterwards. It took Firmoo about 5 days for them to ship my glasses to me and when I received it the package was intact and no harm was done to the glasses itself. The glasses were in great condition and the complimentary case was a nice addition. I also love how you can use promotional codes to lower the price of your glasses even lower!
