Tempted by the new customer special (free glasses) I decided to place an order. 1) have used of advance search feature and chose to only look at rectangle frame. 2) picked out a frame and color 3) was suggested by website to pay extra for super thin lense (I normally do anyway) ......glasses finally came in the mail but guess what....it looks nothing like what I picked out!! 1) the lenses are thick like the bottom of a Coke bottle/swimming goggles. 2) the frames are square (I'm pretty sure I know the difference between square and rectangle) 3) it wasn't even the right color. I order black frames with a red arm...I got this light brown dokie looking frames..... 4) I want them to fix it but it seems all they want to do it give me only my money back. They wanted to give me $5 back for delivery cost after I done paid close to $60 for these crappy glasses!! I was also told I won't get the full refund because my lenses were custom made......aren't most/almost all lenses custom made!!! Very unhappy with this company never going to use this crappy site again!!! Save you money, time, and sleep (doing this review at 2 am...super angry)

I ordered a pair of glasses, tried applying for free shipping still was charged $12.95 for express, tried applying for 15% off for being a new customer, and even though codes went on when I entered my card information I was charged full price of $96.85. I then get an email saying my pd isn't right for the glasses I picked. I have tried to see if another pair was OK that I chose or what other options. I have emailed numerous times and called and I get no answer. How am I paying full price as a new customer and for express when they're not going to fill my order. I would rather get my money back and order from a trusting company.

I should have known better than to order off of a site randomly advertised on fb...I paid, but I still have yet to receive any glasses. The status on the website says my glasses have been delivered. But I have nothing. I called, but there was some foreign voice telling me to leave a message. This is a scam. Dont waste your time.

Are you telling me I can start a business, charge the customer extra for "express shipping", and still make them wait 2-3 weeks for their glasses. I appreciate the free code, seeing as I'm poor, but I really need those glasses for work! You tell me you will get back to me on the 14 because of a Spring holiday that lasts a week...? I put in the order on the 7 hoping to have it BEFORE the 14! I just really need those glasses as soon as possible, and I would definitely like to be refunded for at least half the "express shipping" if it does take two to three weeks. Not cool, Firmoo. How can I get a good service from you guys... There's some poor reviews on here, & I'm one of them. Sending bad prescriptions is also very harmful! I'd like to check my pair as soon as I get them... If I ever do.

Got a code for a "free" pair. Ordered with only ONE 4.95 add on; tried to use regular shipping for 6.95 (pretty high if you ask me) and it wouldn't let me hit that button, I was FORCED into the 3-5 day shipping for 9.95 whether I wanted it or not with some silly notation that they had been informed by the shipping company that there was extensive delays if you use the regular shipping so they disabled it. Uh huh. If these are made in the US and shipped in the US by USPS that is the silliest thing I ever heard. so somehow, between 9.95 shipping and 4.95 add on, my "FREE" glasses cost me $20. Won't do this again. Also forces you into PayPal whether you want it or not; won't let you chose another payment option until you are on PayPal's site. Called the company, got some Asian music and an Asian female voice telling me nobody was available. This at 9:30 a.m. on a Thursday morning. Uh huh. All I can say is these glasses BETTER be at their destination no later than 5 days from now.

Ordered a pair of frames in July. Had the frames for less then 5 months and the antiglare prescription started peeling off the lenses. Left countless messages and was never returned a message or call. I wouldn't recommend this website unless someone was prepared to waste money and time.

I have bought glasses from Firmoo even after reading poor reviews. They are excellent, I had to wait a while longer,about a week because they needed special lenses. Emailing questions was answered promptly, there may be a small problem with English understanding but patience was rewarded. I have recommended Firmoo to friends.

My glasses broken before they were a month old. The arm snapped off. When I asked what they would do for me, they said they'd give me a discount on another pair. What?? If your product breaks before 1 month, you should replace it for free. They said I can pay to ship the broken pair back to them for a refund of just the purchase price. I pay the shipping. This is very bad customer service.
