I was super stoked to be hooked up with these amazing Firmoo mirrored sunglasses! I adore the blue color and metal details that just give it extra style points. One of the coolest aspects of Firmoo is that they offer sunglasses and eyeglasses in both prescription and non-prescription at SUPER affordable prices. The glasses I'm wearing, ya they're only $19! However, they look way more expensive and are of a high quality, and that's all that really matters anyways. Am I right??

I am absolutely shocked with the quality of the glasses-- I couldn't be happier! I normally really struggle to find frames that fit me well and that I actually like at the same time, but these are great. For just over $50 total (with single vision prescription lenses), the quality and the shipping time are seriously impressive. Needless to say, I don't think I'm ever buying expensive name brand glasses at the mall or the doctor's office ever again. I like these just as much as my $300 pair of Ray-Bans.

I am so impressed with my order! My glasses are such wonderful quality! Lets not forget about the adorable cases my glasses came with along with the tiny eye glass flat head! I happened to make a mistake when ordering and Firmoo Support was right there to help make a seamless alteration! I will be telling everyone i know about this site and my great experience!

I bought one prescription glasses last year and this time another prescription sunglasses. Spring is comming so they have launched many new prescription sunglasses which are really impressive. Also, I have found they did some improvement of selecting sunglasses, very cool. I really like my two pairs and going to order one more for my mom!

I did get my glasses and I absolutely *LOVE* them!! I was worried because of having such a high prescription but they are great. And the lenses I picked out are super classic and cute. The frames are just what I wanted...simple, large black frames that are lightweight but don't feel or look cheap. I've gotten a ton of compliments on them and have posted a few pictures on my wearing them on my social media accounts. Now I want more frames, LOL!!

A lot of the other reviews complain about the long shipping time, but considering that the company is based in asia and the products ship from there, I was pretty happy when I received my sunglasses only a few weeks after ordering them. They had great customer service and helped me out so quickly when I had issues applying a code to my order. The glasses itself is really nice and just what I had wanted. They came with cases, which was really nice because a lot of these cheaper sunglass companies don't include cases with the glasses. The glasses were also really sturdy feeling and not at all cheap. I definitely recommend this brand as long as you don't mind waiting a bit for your item to come in!

I'll try to summarize how bad this has been. 1. Glasses should've been here in about 14 days. It's been almost three weeks. 2. Online tracking is bogus. Up until last night, when I emailed a complaint to the company, I only had an update from Feb. 28 that the glasses were in Los Angeles. Magically, "Isabel" at their customer service team, shows me that they indeed were on their way to my post office. Huh. Would've been nice if I could have seen that on my end, but nope! I sure could not. 3. Called their hotline on Monday and got some crappy voicemail. Left a message, as instructed, no return call. Why bother having a phone number if no one answers? 4. Their email service is abysmal. "Isabel" responded to me, but never politely and always seemed to have more information on my shipping than I could see. No apologies for their slow shipping and over-promised delivery times, either. 5. I had a "VIP discount" to get my glasses, and this was my experience. Warning to non-VIP customers - I hate to see how you end up with their service! I won't purchase again. Sticking with Zenni - better selection, WAY better customer service and faster shipping.

I received my eyeglasses from firmoo 1 week ago, I was happy with their glasses, good quality and I like their eyeglass case. Shipping takes long time, as I was told, it is because of the Chinese new year, for this I was told before ordering, so I can understand. For their quality, I still trust this company.
