I wanted a refund for some frames I bought even though they were exactly as advertised and the prescription was perfect, I just didn't like how they looked on me. They offered multiple options including a credit for new glasses, or a full refund. They also didn't require me to return them as it was my first refund, and even went above and beyond providing information I could use to donate them to someone in need! What a great idea! I have already ordered and received another pair from firmoo that I absolutely love, so I don't need them for a backup. I will absolutely be donating them.

The glasses are wonderful, but they didn’t fit my big head. Customer service is amazing and very kind people. I’ll definitely be referring them to all my friends.

Purtroppo, non ho avuto fortuna con le lenti graduate nonostante abbia inserito le stesse indicazioni della prescrizione fatta dall'oculista (la vista era, purtroppo, sfocata da lontano). Nonostante quello che dicono alcune recensioni trovate online (ovvero che non fanno rimborsi), con me sono stati rapidissimi e onesti. Hanno proposto un buono (del totale spesa) con supporto nell'aiutarmi a trovare una montatura più simile alla mia, mi hanno spiegato i dati da guardare sui miei occhiali per la distanza lenti, etc, oppure un rimborso (del totale speso, diverso dal totale ordine perché avevo usato un codice sconto, quindi il buono era leggermente maggiore). Non ho dovuto neanche restituire gli occhiali, che posso tenere come paio di riserva oppure donare a qualcuno (hanno una lista di centri che raccolgono occhiali usati nel loro sito). Lo considero comunque affidabile.

I have ordered a few pairs of glasses from firmoo with some success. However, when the glasses don't fit (despite looking at and comparing measurements) return / exchange is not as easy as they promise. For example I ordered a pair of aviators and requested a return. They offered either refund or exchange voucher. I opted for exchange voucher as I was planning on ordering another pair. Sounds good? In principle yes, however when I received new pair they still were not correct. After going back and forward with CS asking for the money I paid back they eventually gave me another exchange voucher. I ordered two pairs of glasses but after considering the issues I had decided to do 2 separate orders. One with the exchange voucher and another paid with my card. The order I paid for was not suitable due to their measurements not being consistent. They are now refusing to refund me and tell me I bought these glasses with an exchange voucher!!! They said they would offer free frames and p&p which does not equate to what I paid. I have searched their terms and conditions and it is not clear enough how this works. BE AWARE everyone. Yes the glasses are more affordable and when you get it right it works well, but if you don't prepare to feel very disappointed and frustrated. Update 6.4.26 in response to firmoo comment. I did NOT order in 2020 or 2021. My first order with you was in sept 2025 and I have used the same account each time?? If you look at my email thread you will see order numbers. This is a misleading response.

Ik had zowel een gewone bril als zonnebril op sterkte besteld bij Firmoo. Ik kreeg beidde brillen binnen de bezorgtijd die daarvoor aangewezen was binnen. Helaas voor mij zag ik door beidde brillen erg wazig/onscherp ondanks dat ik de goede sterkte enz genoteerd had. Ik heb dan ook de communicatie gestart ivm retourneren en kreeg hierop meteen netjes antwoord en een oplossing aangereikt en voor beidde brillen is dit naar tevredenheid uitgevoerd. Ben dan ook heel blij met de service die Firmoo biedt. Jammer dat het voor mij niet werkt qua glazen, want de monturen waren precies wat ik verwacht had.
