This is the first time I ordered prescription glasses online (The website had a buy one get one free sale) I'm not gonna lie, it took nearly a month for my glasses to get here, but it was absolutely worth it. The glasses and sunglasses I ordered were lovely, however, I realized that I had mistakenly ordered the wrong prescription. I was bummed out so I decided to contact customer service to see what their return/exchange policy was and if they could help me out. Not only were they super nice and understanding about my mistake, but they also offered to resend me the glasses with the correct prescription, for FREE!!! I will definitely be ordering again and will be recommending to my friends.

I ordered two pairs of glasses with the buy one get one free deal on 3/19. I paid extra for express shipping because my current glasses were a mess and I needed them ASAP so the total came out to around $40, which is great compared to how much I would have to pay at my local Lenscrafters or Pearle Vision. They kept me updated with emails and they shipped out 3/22 and I received them 3/23 and I love the glasses! They are a bit small, but it will just take time getting used to! I will definitely be ordering from Firmoo again!

I had a great experience with customer service. I have a strong prescription and did not order the correct lense. They worked it all out for me and sent me out a new pair with a lense that would best suit my prescription

My initial order was made with the wrong prescription. However, they were replaced free of charge and the incorrect ones didn't need to be returned. Very good customer service Love my frames and my prescription includes progressives. For $100 you can't beat it.

I have now ordered four pair of glasses and worn them more than a month. All I can say is high quality and fast shipping. I could not be more pleased. Thank You Firmoo!

Glasses are just as they appear online, in person and my prescription was matched perfectly. At first, the clarity took me aback. Love firmoo expecting another shipment as we speak.
