No fancy designer frames, but everything else is top notch. We both bought bifocals that turn dark in the sun and are very pleased with how they work. we expected to wait 3 weeks because of all the extra options we selected, but in less that 2 weeks they arrived.

Communication takes at least a day for each inquiry by phone or email. First glasses I ordered prescription wasn't correct. Firmoo said I had left add on. Not quite sure what they meant, but it was my error I guess. Firmoo gave me a 50% Off to order again. I downloaded the prescription and it had bifocal info on it but I wanted glasses for distance only. That's what I indicated on my order but it took a few emails to clear that matter up. In the beginning of my order I had no idea it was direct from China. It took about 2 weeks to receive glasses after problems were absolved .Anyway, I am satisfied with my glasses and I will probably order more in the future.

Ho ordinato da Firmoo un paio di occhiali da vista. E' stato lungo inserire correttamente tutti i dati, ma sono stata ripagata dal fatto che in 15 giorni ho ricevuto gli occhiali ed erano perfetti, migliori addirittura di quelli acquistati dal mio ottico. Lenti multifocali e antiriflesso, montatura solida e conforme alle mie aspettative.
