Awesome customer service . I put the wrong prescription for my eyeglasses contacted them and they got back to me in a timely manner. Getting new pairs of glasses and I just paid shipping price.

so far so good. Ordered 2 pairs from firmoo and had an issue with 1 pair being dmged during transit. msged firmoo's cs right away with a picture of the issue and they addressed it witihin 24hours- cus they're in a different time zone. the non-dmged pair is perfect - perscription is spot on and the frames look great. regarding the dmged pair, i was a bit blown away by their customer service - they really went above and beyond my expectations. Maybe cus i was expecting them to want me to go through loophole after loophole for an exchange like other companies - but their resolution was literally hassle free. i couldn't be happier. i hope this company stays around for a long time. i plan to order from them again and again since i like their frames. *the only downside is that it takes a while for you to get your glasses. but that's true for every optical store besides lenscrafters. My 2 pairs took 2 weeks to get here on standard shipping; even with express shipping it usually takes 5-7 business days.
