FirmooReviews of firmoo.com

Absolutely fantastic! This company didn't play games with my products. They were fast, generous, and worth the money. I ordered from Firmoo on a Thursday or Friday and had my glasses that following Monday. I couldn't believe how quick they took. Firmoo was fantastic at emailing me and letting me know how long it would take for everything. They sent me a tracking number which I used and couldn't believe how fast they got here. Everything was packaged perfectly. I even received a welcoming surprise that I didn't expect. It was so worth the money! A huge deal so worth it. I can see clearly again and everything fits perfectly! I HIGHLY recommend getting your next pair of glasses from Firmoo and saving yourself a headache and expense.

This company is amazing. Ordering inoa me and shipment was a cinch. They are quick to respond to emails, and are very helpful. When I got them, they looked exactly like they did online. My glasses have never broken, got scratched or anything. I get tons if compliments on them everyday.

I absolutely love my new glasses. I can finally see clearly after years of mine being so scratched I couldn't. Thank you Firmoo y'all rock!!!!

Great pair of glasses. Fast shipping. Just ordered another pair.

I've ordered four frames from Firmoo. The first three where a success and had a normal prescription. The frames are very inexpensive but don't look like it. The frames I bought are sturdy and almost a year later and they still look great. The fourth frame had a progressive prescription that I order for my mother the frame was great like the previous ones but the lense was defective. The service was great I contacted them and they provided a refund. Thank you Firmoo please continue your great customer service.

Amazing customer service, they did everything to make sure i got the perfect glasses. Thank you Firmoo!

I have made several purchases from this company over a two year period. Their products are good and their service is excellent. The glasses that I purchase from them are of good quality and the Rx is accurate. I have never had a problem with their eyeglass production. Their responses to questions, order inquiries and modifications is impressive. I receive better support from them than I have from some Brick and Mortar Optical Stores. I will continue to make my purchases from them.
