I shopped here on the recommendation of a friend who had made a few purchases on this website. The quality of the product she had received was excellent, and although I have not yet received mine I am looking forward to it. Also, if you have reservations about their customer service, I would like you to know that they are prompt and personal with their responses to emails and clarified a lot of confusion for me as I was making my purchase. I will shop here again.

Firmoo has been nothing but a positive experience! They have a wide selection of uniquely styled glasses at very fair prices. I received my glasses today in less than a week from the time of order! The glasses look exactly as pictured on the website and of high quality. My experience with the customer service is also stellar. Prompt replies answering all my inquiries with detail and care. I had explained my situation of requiring the glasses urgently, and the customer service has helped tremendously to get my glasses shipped promptly! I have recommended my family and friends to use Firmoo! 5/5 glasses (price and quality), 5/5 customer service, 5/5 prompt delivery

They will answer any question you have, from beginning to end. They always respond so quickly too! The shipping is so fast, and they will always go out of their way to help you with any problem you might have during or after the process. I dropped and broke a pair of glasses a few days ago, and when I reached out to them to resolve the issue, they just sent me a new pair. Completely hassle-free and effortless. This is hands down one of the best places I've ever had dealing with customer service. I get tons of compliments on my glasses at work and I always write down firmoo's website for them. I will never buy glasses anywhere else!!

Firmoo customer service always goes above and beyond to help, I've always received super fast responses and any issues have always been resolved. I've placed several glasses orders and the prescriptions are always completely on point, and the anti-reflective coating is better than ones I've gotten at retail glasses stores. Their shipping is also very fast, I won't order glasses anywhere else. Thank you!

I have been purchasing glasses for years. Your variety is lovely, styles up to date, quality as good as I used to get without spending 300-400.oo a pair. I love round frames which in the past were always hard to find, your narrow styles suit me perfectly. I cannot imagine even looking anywhere else. I get many compliments and always refer you to them. Thank you Sincerely Samantha
