I have ordered four pairs of glasses in the last 6 years from Firmoo, and have yet to find myself disappointed. This last time, I received my pair and they were just a little too narrow for my face. I emailed immediately for help, and within ten minutes, Kate emailed letting me know that I just needed to pick out a new pair and they would send them to me, completely free! I was shocked, to say the least. And on top of it, they're letting me keep the pair I already bought, I just paid for shipping. Kate answered all my questions to a t, and responded to every email within ten minutes. This has been the best customer service I have received anywhere. Other companies could learn a thing or two from them.

Amazing service and quality. customer service is second to none. product was processed and delivered a lot quicker than expected. and quality is as good as high street products but with half the price!! love it!

Glasses were right on time and great quality

Kate was the representative who helped me when I had mistakenly ordered the wrong type of glasses, and she was helpful EVERY step of the way, from addressing my concerns to a satisfactory outcome. I am now waiting for a replacement pair for my dad, and I am sure it will be of great quality like the mistaken pair we received. I highly recommend Firmoo, as they offer great prices for great styles, and have excellent customer service.

Firmoo is my go- to. The prices are great, so you can have different pairs for different moods, and outfits. The shipping is fast and the product is great. With Firmoo, you get more than you paid for.
