Very cute glasses. They look exactly as they are shown on the website. I love the try on feature, so I know what it'll look like. The material for the glasses I've chosen wasn't what I expected, but they have a gracious return policy. Very satisfied. Recommended to family. They're gonna order from here soon.

Hello! I feel that the best way to review Firmoo would be to break down my experience with them. Ordering & Shipping: The process was easy to follow and I received my glasses 9 days after I placed my order. As Firmoo notes, the time it takes for your product to ship may vary. In the package: I received a pull-string cloth (what I believe to be microfiber) bag, a hard glasses case, a cleaning cloth, a small screwdriver, extra screws, and spare nose pads. These items were no extra cost but I believe you can purchase additional clothes and cases when you check out as well. Quality: Both pairs that I ordered had a nice feel. I wouldn't say they were heavy, but they had a good kind of "quality weight" to them. Both pairs had nose pads and handled me fiddling around with them without any issues. I was also relieved that the script was perfect and that they weren't uncomfortable to wear. They definitely feel like they're going to last a long time. Customer Service: Though I absolutely loved one of the two pairs, the other looked terrible on me. Despite the fact that this is a personal problem and had nothing to do with the glasses being good or bad, Firmoo was happy to help. They responded to my questions and concerns within a few hours and didn't make it hard to resolve the issue. Their return/exchange policy is fair and I'm happy to say that I've already ordered a replacement/exchange pair at no extra cost. I'm personally always skeptical of five star reviews because I feel like they're not real, but this site is pretty awesome. Being able to purchase a solid pair of glasses for $30 is incredible and I'd definitely recommend giving it a try.

Wow...these are amazing!!! I ordered one pair of the computer blue light filtering lenses with my RX near and far prescription and they arrived within a week. They look fantastic with a solid quality build to them. I can see clearly and my eyes no longer hurt, get dry or fatigued when working at my computer. I was so impressed with the cost and quality that I ordered 3 more pair with different frames. I was able to buy 4 pair of glasses with different frames near and far rx and the computer light filter for under $200.00. This is 50% off what just 1 pair cost me last year!!!

Customer service was excellent! I got replies very quick and they were willing to contribute as well as corporate effectively to satisfy a customer. Even though the glasses are affordable at low cost, I would really recommend Firmoo to anyone who has an interest in sturdy and well built glasses. Coming from overseas, the materials that are use are surprisingly high quality!

Although I wasn't happy with the 2 frames I ordered, I am extremely satisfied with the customer service! They gave me a full refund and told me to keep the glasses as backup! It was unfortunate that the frames didn't suit my face. The prescription was spot on however. I definitely would order again. Thank you Firmoo!
