Great company

This was my first purchase from Firmoo & now I am hooked! Excellent quality! The frames I chose exceeded my expectations by far. They deliver a quality product at a great price! I must say, I had my reservations about doing business concerning my eyesight, online! But I prayed about it & decided to take that chance. I am so thankful that I did! It was a wonderful experience only to be exceeded by the personal CSR who took such wonderful professional & personal care of me! She replied to every question that I had, right away & took excellent care of me! The frames fit perfectly, comfortably & the prescription is perfect! They are high quality & look very expensive! The ship time was phenominal. Especially for such a high quality product! I submitted my order late @ night on the 6th of the month & received them on the 15th of the month! I am here to stay, as a customer! I don't need to look anywhere else! I am extremely impressed & have already chosen several other frames that I intend to order. I highly recommend Firmoo to everyone from ALL walks of life!

I got my third pair of glasses from Firmoo after ordering two from them the last time. I should mention that this third pair was a complimentary pair because the earlier pair that I made did not have adjustable nose pads, which caused the optical center to be misaligned. I contacted customer service about this issue and got a speedy response to my problem in the form of a coupon to get another pair of glasses with adjustable nose pads that was equal in price to the other pair. I was really blown away by Firmoo's commitment to ensuring that their customers are 100% satisfied; the customer service representative, Kate, emphasized that she did not want me to feel dissatisfied with my purchase. For an online optical store, this is really excellent customer service and shows that they really stand by the quality of their products with the customer in mind. I was updated on the progress of my order regularly and even had my shipping expedited at no extra cost because Firmoo wanted me to get those glasses in my hands as soon as possible. This is really amazing customer service! I would definitely recommend Firmoo to anyone who wants to order glasses online.
