I am now a glasses addict thanks to Firmoo. I love their selection of larger size frames and their customer service department really does go above and beyond. I have purchased 5 pairs of glasses from them and plan to order more in the near future. The whole process is simple, fun and so exciting when the glasses arrive. Their product never disappoints and the shipping has been excellent. Thank you Firmoo.

Quality glasses, great prices, fast shipping. The packaging is also very nice, with pretty bags, and sturdy cases. They all come with the little tools and cleaning cloths. The customer service is great, haven't had to have any problems fixed because every order has been perfect, but they care about your experience and want to make you happy as their customer. I had lots of coupons in with my package today. Very happy customer!

After a small error that was corrected expediently, I was thoroughly impressed with the quality and service once I received the pair I had originally ordered and I will be ordering again very soon!

Really high quality glasses for the price, the frame is very light weight, comfortable and the lenses for my high prescription were very thin. Glasses arrived in the UK in 1 week so exactly the same as a brick and mortar store and probably 1/3 the price.

Honestly, I don't think I've ever had such wonderful customer service. They make the whole experience worth a repeat in business , alone. I'm currently waiting on my third pair to be mailed.😊
