I honestly fell in love with this website, they have great customer customer service, my glasses have been delayed and i'm not even upset they are in perfect condition and they are so cute. I've been telling my coworkers about this website and i'm definitely coming back to buy more

Don't waste your time, or money. Haven't sent my glasses yet, and they keep sending me email after email with excuses as to why my order has not been shipped out yet. I ordered on September 27, 2017. If I do not get both pairs of glasses that I ordered before November 1, 2017, I will file a claim. I paid an extra $13 for 'express' shipping, and they haven't even sent the order out yet? This screams SCAM. Very, very suspicious company. Would not recommend.

Dear Mikail, We are really sorry for the inconvenience and delay of your order. Please trust us that we would never make you take any loss. Glasses are medical product which needs quality testing after processing so that it takes a few days. Hope you could kindly understand because we just want to offer qualified and fit glasses for you. Besides, we issued refund of shipping fee to you as compensation and will keep expediting your order. Once the glasses are shipped, we will send you tracking number. We also sent you an email about this issue. Thanks again for you trust and support! Firmoo Customer Service

I discovered this company thru instagram. At first I was hesitant to order online since I thought it's a scam, but because of the great reviews both online and youtube I decided to buy my glasses. It was indeed the right decision I made. Customer service and fast shipping are the two main factors that I can't stop buying more, not only for myself but for my family and friends. Glasses are also durable and stylish. I highly recommend firmoo to people who loves glasses with style and are long-lasting. Thanks Firmoo.

The quality of merchandise (frames and lenses for eyesight correction, and sunglasses, prescription or plain) is top notch. What stands out though is the 5* service!!!! Firmoo replaced within days a wrong prescription that was our mistake! This is the best service we have ever received, be it from m an online company or from a bricks-and-mortars facility. Strongly recommended!

Initially I was very upset with Firmoo because I did not receive my glasses in the time frame specified. However after I voiced a complaint they were very sweet and sent me the glasses for free!! Very nice
