The website was very thorough, if you answered everything correctly there was honestly no reason for the glasses not to work. With the virtual try on you even get a good idea of how the glasses will look on you! It’s absolutely stunning and there was so many fun styles, I think that was the hardest part of the process. Picking from their grand selection. And CS is nice and available.

I had sent in an email because the glasses I had ordered were extremely nice but I didn’t like the way they looked on me so I was trying to see if I couldn’t exchange and I received an email back in less than 24 hours. A man named Jack helped me and it has only been two days and I already have a code so I can order a pair that I like more. He was extremely helpful and courteous!

Laura is the best customer service rep. you will find anywhere. Firmoo is an excellent company. There is no need to be hesitant about shopping with them. I got great glasses, excellent customer service, shipping time was reasonable, and prices are low compared to what we pay here in the states. They also have a greater selection of glasses compared to most of the sites I have visited.

When I made a small change in my second order, Firmoo representative Winnie was in action! Concerned about these changes I was emailed if these changes were okay to proceed and I totally had errors in my order. If Winnie didn’t email me then I would’ve had the wrong glasses prescription! Excellent follow ups and customer service. A+
