My glasses came within several days of ordering and they fit so well, I was surprised because I was using a tape measure for measurements and I have no experience in anything optical. However, I’m thoroughly pleased with the turnout, and the price is unbeatable. Looking forward to ordering again soon. Thanks Firmoo!

This was my 4th or 5th multiple glasses order from Firmoo. I could not be happier with my glasses or my CSR Eastbrook. I will definitely be recommending Firmoo to my friends and family - as I have already done in the past, and I will continue to be a repeat customer. VERY happy!

They make sure you know everything that is going on with your order. You never have to wonder when your package is arriving. The glasses always come well protected. And in great condition and are as expected.

Customer service was incredible. I was helped with replacing a pair of frames and the representative helping me was amazing. After a swift conversation they were happy to help me pick out a new frame as well as covering the cost of the glasses! I would highly recommend this company to any of my friends and I will continue to buy future glasses from this site too.
