I was extremely hesitant to get my eyeglasses online because im afraid it wont work on me but im happy that I took the risk because it is waay better than that ones i originally have and that was store bought. my firmoo glasses fit so much better and im enjoying them a lot! Amazing Customer Service. I am very happy with how Firmoo dealt with an issue with my order. I order items online frequently because I live in Northern Ontario and getting to the city to shop if difficult with my schedule. Fimoos customer service department is the best I've ever dealt with. They genuinely want you to be happy with their service. I've dealt with MANY big box store and they could use some training from firmoo.

This website has an amazing selection of frames, and it goes to great detail to make sure they are 100% what you need/want. Things I had never even thought of, such as lens thickness, etc. I am definitely recommending this website to anyone that needs glasses. My fiance is already in the process of ordering a new pair of frames! I couldn't be more pleased. Shipping was timely, the only complaint I could possibly manage to come up with was tracking, it took a while for any kind of shipping/tracking information to get to me, but that's only a tiny minor annoyance, it has no bearing on the quality of these glasses!
