There is no need to fear doing business with Firmoo, they ensure that the customer is satisfied and receives value for money. When I had problems with my eyewear I was given the option of a full refund or to choose another pair while only paying shipping. No one sought to blame me for not adapting to my new pair as I had feared. Good work Firmoo. Thank you.

This whole ordeal has been super frustrating. I got my glasses and the script is wrong. I contact customer service three times and they keep telling me I'm supposed to get an email in 24hrs. It's now 96hrs later! Guess what?! Still no response and now I'm stuck with two glasses that I can't see out of🤬 I should've went to Costco....
