I was a bit skeptical of ordering from Firmoo, but I have had no issues & I absolutely LOVE my glasses! So many styles to choose from & none break the bank. Took 9 days from the time I ordered to the date it was delivered, which is faster than almost all of the glasses ordered through my dr’s office. I now have a few in my cart, ready to place my next order.

Excellent customer service. I left a comment regarding a pair of glasses I ordered. My comment was not so good since I was not really happy with the glasses. I was not expecting anything, but I received an email from the customer service asking more questions about my concerns. Finally, after some emails and a picture of the glasses, I received a voucher for a free pair of glasses. The girls were always very nice an understanding. I am now looking forward to receive my new pair of glasses and see if they are actually better! Thanks

Firmoo has amazing quality. They could easily be compared to $700 frames and lenses for only a fraction of the price. Not to mention their amazing customer service. Fast and polite responses that are also super helpful. This is my second time purchasing glasses from them and i definitely will again.
