They were very helpful at Firmoo. I ordered two beautiful pair of glasses. When they arrived I was in the hospital. My daughter brought them to me, where I realized that I not only ordered farsighted glasses, I put in the wrong prescription altogether. I reached out to Firmoo about this problem expecting to have to send them back in for a lense change. Keep in mind I was in the hospital at that time. I was blown away when the agent told me that she had given me a coupon for the amount I paid for my glasses. With the coupon I could order two more pair, and I just had to pay for shipping. That was amazing! Not only that, they had a list of places I could donate my glasses to. Thank you Firmoo

I have been using Firmoo for over a year now and have accumulated at least 10 glasses just because the price is right, they are quality glasses, and always come on time. This is the best glasses site I have ever used and will probably never order from anywhere else! My prescription is always right, and they do prescription for free! You would be silly not to use Firmoo!
