The website is super user friendly! They provide you with so much info to help guide you through how to pick frames. The frame I picked was true it’s picture online in terms of color. My only gripe is that they had an issue with my shipping address, all of which I entered correctly once they asked to verify. I do however, appreciate that Abigail, who was the first customer service rep to reach out and inform me of this issue, was consistently replying and giving me updates. She made sure to see my order through. As for my order, it was shipped the day after I placed it. Took week to finally get an update for tracking once it was in CA. Total time for me to receive my glasses were exactly 2 weeks. They disclose this information as well (processing time + shipping time = total time) so I still made the decision to move forward knowing this. But since the glasses are such great quality; frame made well, lenses done correctly (took them to an optical store to verify rx), and their anti-glare coating top notch. I already have a cart with another 3 pairs I’m ready buy again and definitely referring firmoo to friends and family.

Eyebuydirect < Firmoo Wonderful frames and quality!! When I submitted my order I accidentally put in my contacts prescription (they're not the same if you didn't know!). I emailed them to let them know it needed to be changed and it was done the next day. I was very happy that the same person handled my emails and I got responses from one person only. I feel that left little room for miscommunication and that if something would go wrong, it’s traceable to who said what. I mention this because I ordered a pair of glasses back in January from EyeBuyDirect. I have a half measurement PD and on EBD’s website they do not have half sizes. I emailed them to ask that I could possibly get a half measurement as it is my prescription. One person informed me that was fine, another told me they could not. I liked my glasses from EBD but I noticed that if I was not looking through the center of the lens, my vision would be blurry and it would give me a headache. Their site suggests that it takes some time to get used to looking through the bottom of the frames but I wore these glasses frequently and had the same prescription before that so there should not have been any reason that I had to get used to the prescription. I fully believe I had the wrong prescription because of this. On top of that, I was cleaning the glasses from EBD and the frame arm snapped.

took a while to ship and process my order. When I finally got it the glasses were very bad quality. They’re flimsy and thin, but you get what you pay for. I’m not sure what I was expecting, never buy these full price, it isn’t worth it.

I am so grateful for their great customer service. I am amazed at how quick and efficient their communication was. I wish there was a way to thank them physically. I was able to get a coupon to cover all costs of my glasses. Unfortunately, I recently heard about the blue lighting lenses. So I was only able to get 2 glasses (1 with blue lighting & 1 regular) with upgrades. It was nice of them to accommodate my glasses. Mahalo!
